Fabulous Fermentation
​Join us for a fun, hands-on fermentation class on April 17, where we’ll make three tasty probiotic-rich foods: pineapple turmeric sauerkraut, refreshing tepache, and crunchy lacto-fermented carrot sticks.
​
You’ll learn the simple techniques behind lacto-fermentation while we mix, mash, and pack everything together. At the end of the class, you’ll take home three full jars of your own fermented creations, plus easy-to-follow recipes and the basic tools you’ll need to keep fermenting at home.

It’s a great way to explore gut-friendly foods, add bold new flavors to your kitchen, and enjoy a relaxed evening creating with other women. No experience needed — we’ll walk you through every step!
